Gretchen Plummer is a seasoned business and healthcare professional with more than 15 years of experience in business administration, corporate operations, healthcare support, and organizational management.
Her passion for business began long before her professional career. Growing up in a household surrounded by entrepreneurs, she witnessed firsthand the dedication, leadership, independence, and determination required to build something of your own. Those early experiences, combined with her pursuit of higher education, helped shape both her career path and her commitment to helping others build and strengthen their businesses.
She earned an A.S. in Office Management from Florida State College at Jacksonville and studied Business Administration at Florida A&M University. Additional certifications in management and IV infusion services further reflect her commitment to professional growth, while she continues to advance her education and expand her business knowledge.
Experience across corporate business and the healthcare industry has strengthened her expertise in administration, operations, compliance, systems, and client-centered service. Today, she draws from both professional knowledge and real-world experience to provide training, mentorship, and strategic guidance to entrepreneurs, startups, and established businesses.
As the founder of Prestige Pathways Consulting LLC, she is committed to helping entrepreneurers, startups, and establshed business owners, implement effective systems, and develop strategies that support sustainable growth and scalability. Her work also includes education and training in government contracting, helping entrepreneurs understand the foundational processes, preparation, and opportunities involved in pursuing government business.
Through practical training, professional experience, and strategic guidance, her mission is to empower entrepreneurs—particularly women and aspiring business owners—with the knowledge, tools, and confidence to build, grow, and strengthen businesses with purpose, structure, and direction.
