About Me

I have been working in advertising for more than 14 years but grew up inspired by Tim Burton, Michel Gondry and the Italian Carosello when it comes to stop motion animation. At some point, I was tired of working within the boundaries of client's brief and had all these stories in my mind that I wanted to see coming to life. I didn't want to wait for the right person, the right moment, the right budget, as I am a doer, I just did it. I bought a camera, I learned Final Cut and other software. My experience as Voice Over Director helped me working on the sound design. I started making my short films when I was still living in Italy, not thinking about the aim, just the fun. A few years later, when I decided to move to the US, those short films earned me my worker visa as Alien of Extraordinary Ability. Since then, I have never stopped experimenting, trying new materials and techniques, improving my work and promoting it. I still love doing it by myself and having total control of the creative process, but I am also ready to make the next big step in a big production.
