US Navy veteran, entrepreneur, mother, caregiver, and author advocating for the health, well-being, and welfare of women veterans, working-class individuals, families, caregivers, and small businesses. My military experience has influenced a career spanning almost three decades and six industries: IT, accounting, bookkeeping, office management, executive and administrative support, and business development. While working in business development and attending various networking events, I noticed a gap in services and support for women veterans, working-class parents, the disabled, and caregivers, in regard to corporate wellness. I now join forces with organizations that share in my commitment to educate, empower, support, and protect those in need through focused education, networking, coaching, consulting, workshops, seminars, charitable involvement and events allowing for greater outreach and greater results.
