I believe that 90% of life is showing up. I strive to be a consistent source of love and empathy to those I meet and attempt to find space for kindness, even when it is incredibly difficult. While I have strong values and opinions, I attempt to broach situations with an open mind and awareness of my own privilege knowing that there is always space for my own personal growth.

Interests

I love spending time with my son, playing card and board games, yard work, and relaxing. My current home away from home is the sauna. I am quite the extroverted introvert.

Now that my practice has a stable foundation, I am looking forward to the opportunity to engage with others in meaningful ways. I would love to get back into an educational space, whatever that may look like, discussing topics like mental health, women's rights, social justice and grief. While I love sitting across from clients, I deeply miss conversations, sharing ideas and collaborating with others.
