About Me

Earlene Lezama-Taylor is from Queens, NY, she embodies resilience, leadership, and a deep commitment to community empowerment. With an associate in science in Business Management from Metropolitan College, she brings a wealth of expertise in business and mentorship to her endeavors. She is a member of Phi Kappa Honor Society, the NAACP, Professional Organization of Women of Excellence Recognized (P.O.W.E.R.), Ambassador of OLBA ATL Chapter, Extreme Excellence World Record Holder, a mentor at icouldBe and a Co-Author of Her World: “Wisdom & Inspiration from Women in Business.” 


Throughout her career, Earlene has left an indelible mark on various corporate landscapes, including roles at institutions such as the Screen Actors Guild, Coca-Cola Enterprises, and AMC Networks. Her proficiency spans across diverse domains including administration, office management, mentoring, entrepreneurship and event planning, where she has consistently demonstrated her expertise and leadership acumen. Driven by a deep-seated belief in the potential of young minds, Earlene founded the "Complete Girlz" Mentoring/Empowerment Program over nine years ago. This award-winning initiative, established in 2015 and later incorporated as a 501(c)3 in 2016, empowers young women to navigate their paths to success.
