Dorothy Turner is a native of Georgia. She retired after 29 years with the Georgia Department of Revenue. In 2010 Dorothy discovered the divine calling of God on her life to write poetry. It has been a humbling experience thus far to have written and published three inspirational poetry books. Dorothy is very passionate about writing and the work she does through her church Outreach Member Care Ministry where they reach out to local nursing homes to do ministry. Dorothy also served for 9 years as a volunteer Caregiver.
