Dominique has experience in working with children, adolescents, individuals, families, and couples in the treatment of anxiety, depression, trauma, abuse, grief, PTSD, BDP, and family systems issues in various different setting including hospitals, community mental health, schools, and private practice. Her passion has been in helping families and couples through the healing journey using evidence based treatment approaches. Dominique strives to meet clients where they are while empowering them on their therapeutic journey. She believes in creating a safe and supportive space where clients can process difficult topics to improve their quality of life. Dominique combines a calm, encouraging, collaborative, strength/solution based approach to therapy by helping them to identify and use strengths to gain awareness and insight to create change. It is her belief that once you gain insight and awareness regarding your life and the problems you face you can become empowered to take charge and be accountable for your future and develop effective skills that allows you to be resilient to your struggles. Dominique helps client to recognize the power of choice to embrace Life’s possibilities to be the best version of themselves and live the life they desire. In her free time Dominique enjoys spending time with her family and friends, cooking, traveling, and trying new experiences.
