I have over 25 years of human resource experience providing “people services” to internal as well as external customers. I have achieved a BSBM from the University of Phoenix as well as a Personnel Management and Labor Relations Certification from University of California, Riverside. I have many years of working in different areas of human resources as well as serving as Omnitrans’ drug and alcohol program manager (DAPM) implementing the agency’s drug free workplace policy and FTA regulated drug/alcohol program. I have developed and coordinated training programs that are FTA regulated as well as training employees in the areas of sexual harassment, diversity, office ergonomics just to name a few. I have passion for what I do and have accomplished through my work history.
