I have spent over 22 years of my professional career as a corporate executive; training, and developing professionals through management performance and leadership. I left corporate America in 2006 and started my own business, thus beginning my entrepreneurial journey. I have been blessed to build a successful global marketing company that positioned me to focus on training, mentoring and coaching others, guiding them through aspiring to and reaching greater levels of success and personal fulfillment. My own professional background and personal life experiences of 30+ years of marriage, raising three children to adulthood and playing an active role in the lives of my five grandchildren brings many vital and authentic tools to enhance the navigation process of coaching and mentoring.
