De’Etra Moore is a licensed real estate broker with the State of Georgia, and is the owner and sponsoring broker of DJM Diamond Realty, Inc. She graduated from Ashford University with a BA in Psychology. De’Etra was an IT Tech for 10 years until she changed careers fifteen plus years ago to work as a real estate agent for a major homebuilder (Diversified Marketing Group). As a new home consultant, De’Etra was a top producer helping Southeast Georgia families purchase new homes. The square footage of these homes ranged from1200 square feet to over 3000 square feet. De’Etra had her license with several major companies during her career, such as Prudential Realty, Century 21 Gold Medal Realty selling resale homes. While having a license with Century 21 Dwelling, Inc. she contracted with CARTUS and USAA, listing and selling clients' homes that were relocating and the same with USAA military clients. Although De’Etra’ s most recent experience is in residential home sales, she has also had extensive experience in completing BPO’s for Asset Companies giving the market value of homes of surrounding counties such as Dekalb, Clayton, Gwinnett counties. De’Etra promotes sales of properties through advertisements, Georgia multiple listing services, ListHub, Prospects Plus, and DJM Diamond Realty online advertising platform. De’Etra interviews clients to determine their interest in properties they are seeking and generates a list meeting those requirements from available properties.
