I am a vanilla specialist doing a lot of work on finding new places to grow the vanilla plant in various parts of the world. I've also developed a shorter curing process for vanilla beans, and write lots of formulations for vanilla use in food. I believe that every household should have real vanilla available for their cooking and baking needs. I'm trying to help stabilize the vanilla market, which ends up going through routine turmoil every few years.
