Pastor Cynthia Phifer, lovingly known as Pastor C, is a walking miracle and a voice of transformation for this generation. Born into hardship—raised in foster care due to her mother’s addiction and life on the streets—Pastor C chose not to let her past define her. Instead, she allowed God to use her pain as the foundation of her purpose. Her life is a living testimony of restoration, breakthrough, and the unstoppable grace of God.
Her guiding scripture, Jeremiah 29:11 (AMP), captures the heartbeat of her ministry:
“For I know the plans and thoughts that I have for you,’ says the Lord, ‘plans for peace and well-being and not for disaster, to give you a future and a hope.”
Pastor C is the Co-Pastor of Truth Deliverance Church, Inc., where she joyfully serves alongside her husband and best friend, Bishop J.F. Phifer Jr. Their union is blessed with two amazing children, Tre’ and Kee’Ana, two beautiful grandchildren, Lelynd and Nicole, and their beloved sock-loving Goldendoodle, Nula.
As a Certified Transformational Life Coach and visionary leader, Pastor C is the founder of Cyclebreakers4life (CB4L)—a movement dedicated to helping individuals break free from negative cycles and rise into their God-given destiny. The platform’s motto, “A new life emerges when negative cycles are broken,” has become the anchor for her coaching programs, events, and teachings.
