My name is Crystal Alcarez and I'm 55 years young. I have had several careers in my life, but working for Compass Lending has been the most important job ever. My first business was God's Lil Blessing's Daycare in memory of my mother. I intend to grow with Compass Lending as it is a company that cares about their clients and considers them family. We put them first and give the best rates and loans we can. When you're happy we all win! Our clients send referrals & we grow by the way we do business with integrity. I love my job! And I respect my boss Mr. Kim. He cares about all of us as family and we work as a solid team. This is why I feel as long as I'm in this field, Compass is my home.
