I am a loving caring woman, a devoted mother, responsible peaceful wife, a well trained pastry chef, passionate physician, and down to Earth Southern Belle. I have a background of depression, anxiety, and stressful living. One day I decided to control my lifestyle and diet and take back my power through loving myself everyday in every way.
