Through my years of experience as a counselor, I learned the importance of connecting with others. I gained knowledge on overcoming obstacles of the mind and emotions. Through my life experiences of having a premature daughter and a husband with a disability, I went through a journey. Through this journey I learned steps to increase my success in my career and how to maintain healthy relationships with those around me. It this combination that I use today to help other seek balance personal growth, while overcoming obstacles of the mind, body and spirit. After we complete this journey my goal for you is Success.
