About Me

With over 30 years of combined experience as an International entrepreneur, dual citizenship and business owner, I have demonstrated time and time again my passion and expertise to achieve outstanding results with my clients and customers in an exceptionally competitive environment. While attending Stanislaus State University, I was given the opportunity in 1975 to work with with Wilhelmina Modeling Agency in New York and I went off to the Big Apple. In 1979, I flew to Europe to continue my modeling career and fell in love with the European Lifestyle. I returned to the US periodically for work and to visit my family and friends. My career continued successfully throughout Europe until 1991. In 1992, I was the founder of CA.SA. International, a Real Estate Brokerage in Milan, Italy. I assisted fashion designers, relocation clients and corporate executives on a large scale to achieve their ultimate goal for commercial property and luxury residential homes. If you are considering investing in Italy, I still have all my contacts throughout Italy and I would be happy to assist you with rental, residential and commercial properties. In 2004, a partner and I opened a critically acclaimed and upscale restaurant, Non Solo Crudo Ristorante in Vinchio, Italy. This charming 16th century farm house nestled away in the Monferrato Wine country surrounded by rolling hills offered classic Piedmont dishes. Famous food critics gave us a Michelin Star and we were written up with high reviews in travel magazines. In 2009, I returned to the United States where I started a company called “Italian Regional Cooking in Your Home”. I conceived and developed this successful customer-centric special event and private cooking class service with a focus on introducing and spreading the beauty and flavors of authentic, traditional Italian foods from the country's 21 regions. I provide an engaging atmosphere in both classes and dinner parties discussing the nuances of the different foods, and generations-old, secret preparation techniques acquired through first-hand experience. Today, I continue to keep a side business of sharing my cooking secrets and skills. In 2015, I earned my Arizona Real Estate License and went back to doing the job I love most, assisting my clients in buying or selling their property. I realized a home is so much more than four walls and a roof. For most people, property represents the biggest purchase they'll ever make. Having a concerned, but objective third party helps you stay focused on the issues most important to them. I specialize in luxury property, veterans, first time home buyers and location in specified areas of the Valley, such as the Biltmore, Paradise Valley, North Phoenix, Arcadia, Central Phoenix and Northern Scottsdale.
