I pick up the pallets and load them onto the truck. I have recovered from 2 back surgeries. In the beginning I wasn’t even able to lift one by myself I needed help, but the more I did it the stronger I became. Today I can load our work truck with 40 pallets in 12 minutes. These pallets aren’t light either, they are 48x40 and heavy. My customers are shocked that I do this with how tall and skinny I am. I just tell them I don’t need a gym membership.
