Camellia Lane joined the company at the start as she was still employed with Fedex. She was a customer service manager for 18 years and transferred those skills very nicely to help set up the administrative side of Eco-Battery. She also had managed Business Service Centers in Washington, DC which gave her the financial and facility management skills to run a business. She very quickly learned the ins and outs of batteries and established an excellent reputation for customer care and problem solving.
