Barbara Beckley is a Professional Keynote Speaker, 2 Time Best Selling Author, Purpose Strategist and Social Media Personality. She is the founder and CEO of the Diamond Factor LLC to empower people to understand their PPD (Purpose,Passion and Drive), especially women to overcome their challenges so they can shine like a diamond in their business and personal life. Barbara understands how it feels to be uncertain, confused, depressed and sad. Being losing a father (her ROCK) at the age of 17 due to murder, a survivor of sexual abuse, and a cancer conquer for over 9 years, she identifies with what it means to deal with internal pain, insecure, and searching for your purpose. She understands what it means to be the strong individual and expects to have it altogether, yet you are crumbling inside. Because she experienced many trials, earthquake and storms in life, but it ignited a passion. This created the DIAMOND FACTOR and understand that everyone has a special gift, skill, purpose a DIAMOND and not letting the storms be our identity, but our stepping stone to strengthen you to becoming the polished diamond within you. Knowing work and education were keys to success, upon graduating high school, she obtained an Associate Degree in Accounting, Business Management, and Health Administrative. Within her speaking and training platform, she embraced the Toastmasters vision 9 years ago on increasing her communication and leadership skills, she worked her way up to becoming a Program Quality Director, providing educational presentations, training and opportunities for over 5500 members and beyond.
