I have been working in the management and administration field for over 15 years. My passion is in numbers. Whether it is in finance and making checks and balances equal, refining P&L's, in engineering and design or how many people I can make smile in a day, I simply love numbers. I have helped start-up companies become successful, brought companies out of the dirt and back into good soil, and contributed my knowledge and expertise however I see fitting. Success didn't come easy. It takes hard work, dedication, commitment and sacrifice. I want to help inspire others to never give up on their dreams and goals and find balance in life to achieve those dreams! I am not only successful in my career of choice, I have become successful while single-handedly raising 3 amazing children. I didn't wait for help to come, I didn't get handed anything, I went and got it for myself. I figured out a way to organize my current life in accordance with my future aspirations which helped set me up for future success. I also believe in team. I didn't get here all on my own and I most certainly couldn't have made it as far as I have without the training and inspiration from my colleagues and employers and the support of family and friends. I stayed close with those who lifted me up and believed in me. I will forever be grateful for their support and sacrifices they made too. I continue to grow every day. "A day without learning anything, is a day wasted." Whether it is striving to be more efficient or simply learning something new I strive every day to learn and grow and be the best I can be! I want to help take RMGC to exponential levels over the next 5 years.
