About Me

When I was in college, I started a job at a nearby childcare center. I loved working with the different ages of children in the center and became close to many of the parents. When I finished college, I started working as a teacher in Philadelphia School District. During that time, I obtained a Master's Degree in Education and a Master's Degree in Educational Leadership. Unfortunately, during that time my mother became very ill and I started teaching in Trenton, NJ which was closer to my home so I could be there for her more. A year later a friend of mine owned a preschool which had rooms available for rent in her facility and she asked my sister and I if we were interested in taking over the rooms. That is when our childcare center was born. My sister and I are on site every day for all aspects of running the center. I wouldn't be here today if it wasn't for the love and dedication my sister has given me. What I love the most is the relationships we have made with our staff members and our families. I truly feel like together we make our own little family and absolutely treat the children like our own. Being an owner is difficult and stressful, but I wouldn't change anything for the world.
