Prior to relocating to Louisville, KY from TN, I earned my degree in Business Administration and Computer Science. I have 30+ years of industry experience, most recently as Vice President of HR/IT, to the new position of COO. After joining ID+A in 1989, I moved from administrative responsibilities to operations and IT. I held the positions of IT Administrator and Customer Service Manager before spending eight years as Controller and Design Manager. I oversee ID+A’s day to day business operations, services, continuous improvement processes, human resources and technology initiatives.
