I am 26 years young. I coach women virtually from all over the world to be their brightest, healthiest, beautiful and most successful selves. To prioritize their needs and dreams. I love to travel, hike and read. I have a YouTube channel. I am a 4th time dog mom. Spending time with my love, dogs and outdoors is why I am most happy. I prioritize living a holistic lifestyle. The basics like adequate sleep, homecooked balanced meals, mental health care, spiritual healing and creative play. I am a very multifaceted artist. I poledance, model, paint and play the piano. I enjoy learning new things and that is why I am learning Spanish, Italian and French. I wake up everyday. I read, journal, stretch and drink water. I’m picky with what I put in my home and body. Especially when it comes to water and devices. I don’t use a microwave and I drink alkaline/electrolyzed reduced water. From the devices I distribute and advocate for. I spend my work days in calls working 1-1 with women to over come limits, live a balanced and empowered lifestyle. Also to achieve their dream goals. I also spend the work day creating content, working on my business plan, book keeping, marketing and creating programs. I plan to release books and other projects the public can gain a lot from. When I do have free time I spend it on activities that are season permitting. As I live in Ohio, sometimes outdoor activities are off the table. We have moody weather. Also being a woman I value cycle synching so depending on my cycle and the environment different activities are at play. I love walks, I play spiritual walking games that are great for managing stress. I love exploring nature, getting dirty and finding beautiful waterfalls. Anything with my dogs. I am a hardcore dog lover. Being with them and seeing them enjoy nature is my happiness too. I longboard, rollerblade, bike ride, kayak, pole dancing and listen to EDM. When I’m less active I enjoy listening to jazz or classical music. Reading, writing, scrapbooking, playing piano, bubble baths, crafts or just lounging around. I love homemaking. Part of my routines entail cleaning, organizing and keeping my home alive. I have plants, aquariums and lots of art. I value having a warm cozy home so I really pour a lot into it. That includes my homemaking skills like home repairs, yard work, cooking and cleaning. Feng shui and minimalism is something I’ve spent time learning about. As I don’t claim to be an extreme minimalist I’ve incorporated a lot of the ways into my home. I like to lift heavy weights, train flexibility and train on the pole. At the end of the day I am just a girl that also loves some good skin care, doing my hair, dressing up and doing my nails. I enjoy going to salt rooms, saunas and spas. I practice biohacking with all my health decisions that are within my capabilities. I’ve always enjoyed playing around with how the external effects the internal of our lives through our choices and habits. Everything we take part in or even once did effects our lives. I love investigating the chemistry and relationship between everything. Our wellbeing and lifestyles can change a lot as we change our choices, havits and environment. There’s truly an abundance of opportunities to shift your life for the better it’s just about exploring what is right for you. The subconscious mind is my most powerful study yet. Connecting with the subconscious is where much of my change has taken place. That is my favorite thing to work on with women. It’s the quickest way to make deep identity shifts towards your aspirations. Changing the water I drink was also the most powerful move I’ve ever made. That’s why I do what I do!
